Payment Method

All major credit cards and e–checks are accepted through Paypal, an easy, safe and secure way to make credit card payments online. You don’t need a Paypal account to use the shopping cart service. For information on Paypal security, click here.

If you’d like to transfer funds directly to Share the Feeling Productions bank account, please contact us for details.

We also accept cheque payments but please do not send cash by post!

Delivery

Delivery costs for items sold online will be added to your order at a cost of approx. £0.75p per item up to 5 items. For orders over £25.00, delivery is free! Please note that standard delivery is handled via Royal Mail, first class. If you’re in the UK or Ireland, expect to receive your order in 1–2 weeks.

If you’re in really big hurry, email us at hello@sharethefeeling.co.uk and we can send your stuff by special delivery or work something else out.

If any item is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified immediately. Your order will be shipped as soon as the item(s) is back in stock.

International Orders

If you are interested in placing an international order, please email us at hello@sharethefeeling.co.uk with your address, items you would like to order, and method of payment for a shipping estimate.

Returns

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days. Please email us at hello@sharethefeeling.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a refund or exchange. I’ll provide the address where you can ship your returned item and either credit your Paypal account or send out your new item.

Custom Returns

Share the Feeling Productions does not take returns on custom design (invitations, announcements, stationery and ©Little Gifts). Share the Feeling Productions takes the proof process very seriously. Your proof approval is permission to print your order and any reprints will be an additional charge to you. Share the Feeling Productions cannot be held responsible for details on your order once your proof is approved and your order is shipped. This includes: general layout, colour, the size of the typeface, spelling, incorrect telephone numbers and addresses.

Privacy

Share the Feeling Productions is committed to protecting your privacy. Any identifiable information that you share is kept in strict confidence and is not traded, sold or given to any other party for any reason not directly related to fulfilling your order.
